This is a rundown part of Downtown Virginia beach. And had been planned that it along with the Vacant shopping center around it, which used to be a Hardware store called HQ in the 90's and and supermarket Kroger. It has been planned it will be torn down and built up simalr to the Town center. It is most likley just a contuieation of the Town Center Development wiht more High ris Buildings

This is the Tallest building in Virginia and repotedly the Tallest building until Raleigh,NC and until Philadelphia,PN. The Westin Hotel is seen along with the rest of the skyline of Town Center on Many the interstate and coming off the Cheasepeke Bay Bridge.
